Because the 8' mini shipping container is lower in height than standard size shipping containers, its size is great for tight spaces. Like all our new containers, it is made of corrosion resistant CORTEN steel, which has better rust resistance properties than conventional steel, thus extending its life.
The floor inside is made of 19-ply Keruing-Apitong marine grade plywood. The quality of this plywood is superior to that of ordinary plywood, having been designed to withstand the rigorous conditions of frequent cargo loads and trans-oceanic shipments.
